Directions to Classrooms:
Belle Haven School:
Belle Haven Elementary School, Portable Building P-14. On the Corner of Chilco Street and Hamilton Avenue.
From 101 North:
1) Take the Willow Road/Fremont Exit going East towards the Dumbarton Bridge.
2) At first light, turn left onto Newbridge Street.
3) At third stop sign, turn right onto Chilco Street.
4) The first stop sign is Ivy Drive. The Belle Haven Elementary school is ahead on your left.
5) Go straight at the stop sign, staying on Chilco Street. You will be going parallel to the chain link fence at the school. You will see our big yellow banner on the fence, about 3/4 block down. Park on the street.
6) Go through the opening in the fence, and to the portable building P-14.
7) If you get to Hamiliton Avenue, you have gone too far. We are the second to last building on Chilco Street, before you get to Hamilton Avenue.
From 101 South:
1) Take the Marsh Road Exit going East.
2) Turn left onto Marsh Road (right if coming off of 101 North).
3) Turn right at second light onto Bayfront Expressway.
4) Turn right at second light onto Chilco Street.
5) About a mile later, go over railroad tracks, then through a four way stop sign at Hamilton Street (it is the third stop sign).
6) Family Connections is located in the second building on the right side after going through Hamilton Street.
7) Park on the street. Enter through the gate in the fence and up the ramp to Family Connections.
Family Connections in East Palo Alto:
From 101 South or North:1) Take the University Avenue Exit, Exit 403
2) Turn Right onto University Avenue/CA-109 N.
3) Turn Right onto Donohoe Street
4) Turn Left onto Cooley Avenue
5) Turn right onto Clarke Avenue
6) Turn right onto Green Street
7) Turn Left onto Beech Street
8) Family Connections is located at 1070 Beech Street
InnVision Homeless Shelter:
From 101 South or North:
5) Take the Willow Road Exit (going west towards city of Menlo Park)
6) At second stop light turn right into VA hospital.
7) At first stop sign turn left (onto Oak Ave. which is unmarked).
8) At the end of Oak Ave. turn right onto Perimeter Road.
9) Follow Perimeter to parking lot (after passing large lawn on right side).
10) After parking, follow signs to the Elsa Segovia Center.
11) Family Connections is located in the Family Room, #E-116.
